1. Products & Services

Pro Style Wheels sells new and pre-owned aftermarket wheels, tires, and accessories ("Products") and provides professional installation services. All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Product or Service at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes; actual finish, color, or configuration may vary slightly.

2. Fitment & Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer

THE CUSTOMER BEARS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VERIFYING THAT ANY WHEEL, TIRE, OR ACCESSORY IS COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR SPECIFIC VEHICLE BEFORE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION.

Pro Style Wheels may provide fitment guidance as a courtesy based on information supplied by the customer; however, such guidance does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of fit. Fitment data is sourced from third-party databases and manufacturer specifications that may contain errors or may not account for vehicle modifications, aftermarket suspensions, lift kits, lowering springs, brake caliper sizes, or other custom equipment.

Factors that affect proper fitment include, but are not limited to: bolt pattern, center bore, offset, backspacing, load rating, speed rating, overall diameter, width, and clearance. The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle year, make, model, trim, and any modifications;
• Confirming that selected wheels and tires will clear brake calipers, fenders, suspension components, and body panels;
• Ensuring load ratings meet or exceed the vehicle manufacturer's minimum requirements;
• Verifying that any use of hub-centric rings, wheel spacers, or other adapters is appropriate for the vehicle.

Pro Style Wheels is not liable for any damage to the vehicle, wheel, tire, brake, suspension, or other component arising from improper fitment, whether or not fitment guidance was provided by our staff.

3. Installation Services

Installation, mounting, and balancing services are performed by trained technicians using industry-standard equipment. By presenting your vehicle for service, you represent that the vehicle is legally registered and in a condition safe for service. You authorize our technicians to operate the vehicle as necessary to perform requested services.

Pre-Existing Conditions. Pro Style Wheels is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, corrosion, stripped lug nuts or studs, seized components, or latent mechanical conditions discovered during service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such conditions before proceeding.

Torque & Lug Nuts. Customer is responsible for re-torquing lug nuts after 50–100 miles of driving following wheel installation, in accordance with vehicle manufacturer recommendations. Pro Style Wheels is not liable for wheel separation or damage resulting from failure to re-torque.

Tire Inflation. We inflate tires to the vehicle placard specification or industry standard at time of installation. Customer is responsible for maintaining proper tire pressure thereafter.

4. Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)

Many vehicles are equipped with TPMS sensors required by law (TREAD Act). Changing wheels or tires may affect TPMS sensor function. Customer is responsible for ensuring TPMS sensors are transferred, reprogrammed, or replaced as necessary. Pro Style Wheels is not liable for TPMS malfunction, warning-light activation, or failure to warn of low tire pressure following service unless TPMS service was explicitly purchased and confirmed in writing. Ignoring a TPMS warning light can result in tire failure and serious injury.

5. Wheel & Tire Condition; Used Products

New Products are sold with the manufacturer's original warranty only. Pro Style Wheels makes no additional warranty regarding new Products beyond what the manufacturer expressly provides.

Pre-Owned / Used Products are sold "AS IS" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, unless a specific written warranty is provided at point of sale. Used wheels may contain cosmetic imperfections including curb rash, scratches, or finish wear. Used tires are sold based on tread depth inspection at time of sale; tread life, uniformity, and internal condition beyond visible inspection are not warranted. Customer assumes all risk associated with used Products.

6. Road Hazard & Damage Disclaimer

Pro Style Wheels does not provide road hazard coverage unless a separate road hazard protection plan is purchased at the time of sale and confirmed in writing. Damage caused by potholes, curbs, road debris, accidents, improper inflation, overloading, or misuse is not covered under any product or service warranty. Wheels and tires are consumable items subject to wear and environmental degradation.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Unmounted Products: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase if in original, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
• Mounted or Installed Products: Once a wheel or tire has been mounted, balanced, or installed on a vehicle, it cannot be returned for refund. If a manufacturing defect is discovered post-installation, the manufacturer's warranty process will apply.
• Special Orders: Custom or special-order Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Services: Labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.
• Deposits: Deposits on special orders or reserved inventory are non-refundable.

8. Pricing & Payment Terms

Payment in full is required prior to release of Products or completion of installation services. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods posted at our location. Financing and lease-to-own options are subject to third-party provider approval and separate agreements. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes will be charged at time of transaction.

Fixed Pricing. Posted prices are firm and non-negotiable. Pro Style Wheels reserves the right to decline any transaction at its sole discretion. Verbal price quotes are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a written invoice. We are not obligated to match competitor pricing.

Website Pricing Disclaimer. Prices displayed on our website are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer or public commitment to sell at the stated price. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase or in a written invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier costs, inventory availability, or market conditions. In the event of a discrepancy between the price shown on the website and the price on a written invoice, the invoice price shall govern.

9. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.

10. Vehicle Left on Premises

Vehicles left on our premises are left at the owner's risk. Pro Style Wheels is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, or weather damage to vehicles on our property. Vehicles not retrieved within 72 hours of completion notice may be subject to a storage fee or towing at the owner's expense.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRO STYLE WHEELS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRO STYLE WHEELS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE BEYOND THE DIRECT REPAIR COST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS OR THAT SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pro Style Wheels and its owners, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Products or Services; (b) your provision of inaccurate vehicle or fitment information; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County or Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, Customer agrees to first contact Pro Style Wheels in writing and allow 30 days for us to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including logos, photographs, text, and graphics — is the property of Pro Style Wheels or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any written service order or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pro Style Wheels regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements.
