Returns & Warranty

Return Policy

• Unmounted wheels: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Mounted or installed wheels: Once a wheel has been mounted, balanced, or installed on a vehicle, it is not eligible for return. If a manufacturing defect is discovered after installation, the manufacturer's warranty process applies.
• Special orders: Custom and special-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Labor / installation services: Labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.

Warranty Information

Pro Style Wheels & Tires does not provide store-specific warranties. All products sold by us are covered solely under the respective manufacturer's warranty. For defects or warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly and refer to the documentation included with your product for instructions on initiating a claim.

Used / pre-owned products are sold "AS IS" with no warranty of any kind unless a specific written warranty is provided at the point of sale.
